My colleague @jaz_boom_pt came to me complaining about #tightness in his neck. His neck became stiff after playing with his kids while having #DOMS from his back session on the weekend. Our session took around 30min. During this time, we managed almost completely get rid of his neck pain and significantly improved his neck ROM.
