The third session works on the sides of the body to create length and increase energy flow in the ribcage, waist, back and neck. The aim of this session is to bring the lateral segments of the body closer to the vertical plumb line. Better vertical alignment along the lateral line, will allow a proper relationship between the lateral segments and balance the front and back of the body.Share This:
