Pilates is a exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s. It works by combining slow and precise movements with specific breathing patterns to improve postural alignment, the strength of the core muscles and flexibility.

Combining my knowledge of Rolfing and personal training skills, my holistic Pilates programmes are tailored to the individual’s needs and adapted as improvements are made. My programmes are designed to help each client achieve the optimal body balance which will enhance posture and create a sense of general wellbeing.
